Shannon Chevier
President & Chief Executive Officer
Shannon Chevier co-founded IMSWorkX, Inc in Rochester, NY after seeing a shift in the customer base of telecommunications. With over 20 years of experience in software development and management in a variety of fields, Shannon’s career started to center on the telecommunications market in 1999 when she joined PT (Performance Technologies, Inc). While there, she played a vital role in working with customers to rapidly develop and deliver products and applications into the traditional switched networks.
More recent experience with SIP based products and technology led Shannon to understand that the next generation network infrastructure is very similar to her past experience and at the same time vastly different. Today’s VoIP/VoLTE/IMS applications and services need to meet demand far more rapidly than ever before into a subscriber base that has unlimited wants and desires. This is the problem set IMSWorkX was created to solve.
